Biography William Shakespeare~
William Shakespeare (baptised 26 April 1564 – 23 April 1616)
William Shakespeare was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as th
e greatest writer in the English language and the world's pre-eminent dramatist.Shakespeare was born and raised in Startford-upon-Avon. At the age of 18 he married Anne Hathaway, who bore him three children: Susanna, and twins Hamnet and Judith. Between 1585 and 1592 he began a successful career in London as an actor, writer, and part owner of the playing company the Lord Chamberlain's Men, later known as teh King's Men.
He appears to have retired to Stratford around 1613, where he died three years later. Few records of Shakespeare's private life survive, and there has been considerable speculation about such matters as his sexuality, religious beliefs, and whether the works attributed to him were written by others.
Shakespeare produced most of his known work between 1590 and 1613. His early plays were mainly comedies and histories, genres he raised to the peak of sophistication and artistry by the end of the sixteenth century. Next he wrote mainly tragedies until about 1608, including Hamlet, King Lear, and Macbeth, considered some of the finest examples in the English language. In his last phase, he wrote tragicomedies, also known as romances, and collaborated with other playwrights. Many of his plays were published in editions of varying quality and accuracy during his lifetime, and in 1623, two of his former theatrical colleagues published the First Folio, a collected edition of his dramatic works that included all but two of the plays now recognised as Shakespeare's.

interview ♥
Gwyneth Paltrow:
This is an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow, after winning the Oscar for best actress in the film Shakespeare in Love. With the interviewer Ariadna Estrem.
*Hello, as is this?
-Very well, thank you
*If this sounds good, let's start with the interview ...
-I feel good...
*What attracted you to this role?
I thought it was a really sweetly written movie. It was so, so funny but at the same time it was so sweet and kind of ultimately protective and championing heavier people. So I thought that was something really nice, and something I wanted to be a part of.
*This is departure from your usual roles.
I thought doing this movie would be a nice kind of paradox.
*Was it not to have to wear corsets on set for a change?
It was very nice not to have to cry, or wear corsets, and to just have some fun.
*What did you learn when you wore the "fat suit" out in public for the first time?
It was a very upsetting day because I got on the make-up and went downstairs and walked thru (the lobby) and nobody would make eye contact with me at all. Everybody was very dismissive. I got a real sense of what it's like to be a heavy person in this country and how people are so insensitive and degrading. It gave me great empathy for people who are heavy.
*Did it change your way of thinking?
Yes, I would never have any concept of what it is like to be a heavy person, had I not done this movie and actually lived a good portion of my day and work week as a heavy person.

Joseph Fiennes:
This is an interview with Joseph Fiennes, star of the film Shakespeare in Love with Gwyneth Paltrow. The interview Júlia Molins.
- Good morning Joseph.
- Hello, good morning.
-*Like these?
- Well, very well.
* Well, we are going to begin the interview.
- I feel good.
*Having played the bard himself in Shakespeare In Love, was it nice to appear in one of his works on film?
Shakespeare In Love was totally different. That was a romantic comedy, but I can't say this is. It's comical and romantic but I wouldn't call it a romantic comedy. The research I did about the man for Shakespeare In Love, though, certainly helps when I'm looking at his plays.
*Shakespeare still relevant?
I have never seen Merchant Of Venice or a lot of what I do, as what people call costume dramas. I see them as modern plays, problem plays, and that's why Shakespeare survi because he's homing in on the human condition.
*There's a gay undercurrent to the relationship between your character, Bassanio, and Jeremy Irons' Antonio. Is it usually played that way?
I wouldn't say gay; I would say an absolute love between one man and another. I would say there's a manipulation from Bassanio's point of view, an abuse of this love, and it's something Antonio knows and maybe even likes.
*What was Al Pacino like to work with?
He's great. Before the camera rolled he'd be ad-libbing lines in character. I loved that. You might be abusing each other in character, just before it began so that when it started rolling, you were already in that state. He was great at inviting other actors to join in on that and root around and find method in your process. He's very inspiring.
